This is a handy way for me to keep track of when I went to the gym and what I did.
20 min aerobics session on the X-Trainer at Level 9
13.5 min on the treadmill doing 1.6k (everytime I go on the treadmill from now on, I am going to try and do the mile a bit faster!)
I went the gym after just eating dinner! I don’t know if it was a good idea. Felt sick! (Still do)
